Sheldon partners with Indian Center Inc. for a talking circle led by Ron Sun Bear (member of the Oglala Lakota Tribe) in conjunction with the exhibition Hyphen American: Intersections of Identity. Talking circles are a traditional indigenous practice built around community and sharing one’s thoughts and feelings in a safe welcoming space.
This talking circle is free and open to everyone. Space is limited and registration is strongly encouraged.
Please note that meter parking on 12th and R is currently unavailable due to construction. The Que Place Garage and the Larson Building Garage remain available for parking for a fee.
