University of Nebraska students and faculty are invited to meet Kansas-based artist Norman Akers and enjoy coffee and pastries in Sheldon's boardroom. 

Akers's artworks are included in the exhibition Exploding Native Inevitable and he will deliver an artist talk at 5:30 PM.
